FAQ 14 — What’s the difference between Original vs Witch Hazel?

Both formulas are made for external vulva-first use and contain no added fragrance. The difference is the featured ingredient:

Original: a simple everyday formula designed for gentle, daily freshness

Witch Hazel: includes witch hazel, a common skincare ingredient used for a clean, refreshed feel (and it may have a natural scent)

Our wipes are designed to be pH-considerate and support the vulva’s natural environment.
FAQ 16 — What does “Non-Alcohol (Non-Alc)” mean?

When we say Non-Alc, we’re referring to the absence of drying alcohols — like ethanol or isopropyl alcohol — which can disrupt the skin’s natural balance and cause irritation, especially in intimate areas.

Our formulas may include skin-safe, functional alcohol derivatives that help stabilize and preserve the product, but these are non-drying and non-irritating. They do not sting, burn, or strip moisture.

In short: no harsh alcohols, no unnecessary irritation — just gentle, balanced care designed for sensitive skin.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Yes. We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, product(s), and shipping label. If the damage impacts the wipes/sachets themselves, we will review and determine replacement eligibility case-by-case.
